Generating VALR API Keys

Log into your VALR account.
Navigate to Account > Security > API Keys.
Click the Create API Key icon to generate new keys.
Name your key (e.g., Idatco Trading).
In the permissions window (see below), select all options except Link Bank Account, which is not required.
Click Next: Authorise by email and authorize the request via email.
You will be prompted to wait approximately 15 minutes before proceeding to authenticate the API key generation through a link sent to your email.
Once authenticated, your VALR API keys will be displayed.
Be sure to securely store your API keys in a safe location for future reference.
