The Website and Platform are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Idatco is a private company incorporated under the laws of Mauritius. 2. Services Overview
Idatco offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) Platform that enables users to deploy, configure, and monitor an automated trading bot for cryptocurrency markets. Users maintain full control over the bot’s settings and strategies. Idatco does not access or manage your funds or trading accounts.
Important: Our Platform does not support the deposit, withdrawal, or custody of fiat or cryptocurrencies. Users connect the bot to their own third-party exchange accounts, and Idatco does not take possession of your assets at any time.
3. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
To access full functionality, you must register and create a user account (“Account”). During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and a secure password (“Login Credentials”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and for any activity conducted under your Account.
Idatco reserves the right to:
Refuse registration or terminate any Account at its discretion;
Require additional verification steps;
Restrict access to certain functionalities or the Platform as a whole.
You may not share your Account with others or allow others to access or use it on your behalf.
4. Pricing and Offers
All Pricing and offers published on the Website are non-binding and subject to change without notice. Prices exclude any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. Obvious errors, misprints, or inaccuracies in Pricing do not bind Idatco.
Idatco may modify its subscription plans, trial periods, or fees at any time. Price changes may take effect immediately unless otherwise indicated.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

Engaging in unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or reverse engineering;
Sharing or reselling access to the Platform;

Idatco does not provide personalized financial, investment, or trading advice. All content on our Website and Platform, including tutorials and templates, is for general informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk;
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions;
Idatco is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our Services.
7. Risks
Trading in cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and may result in substantial losses. You confirm that:
You fully understand the risks involved;
You are financially able to bear the loss of your entire investment;
You use the Platform at your own risk and discretion;
You are solely responsible for assessing whether the Services suit your knowledge, experience, financial situation, and risk appetite.
8. Intellectual Property
Idatco holds (or is the exclusive licensee of) all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to software, content, designs, trademarks, and source code (“Intellectual Property Rights”).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works;
Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code;
Use the Intellectual Property Rights beyond the permitted scope.
Idatco reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for breach of these Terms.
9. Service Availability & Disclaimers
Idatco strives to provide stable and reliable access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You agree that:
Access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service providers;
Idatco may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without liability;
Idatco disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Idatco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption;
Idatco is not responsible for issues arising from third-party exchanges, data providers, or internet connectivity;
If liability is established, Idatco’s total cumulative liability shall be limited to the lesser of USD $1,000 or the total amount paid by the User in the previous six (6) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idatco, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. User-Generated Content
User content posted on forums, comment sections, or any interactive areas is the sole responsibility of the posting user. Idatco does not endorse or monitor user-generated content and shall not be liable for any content posted by users.
Idatco reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.
